With the purchase you receive 6 months of the download site database updates subscription. When your subscription expires, you can prolong it at any time. Can I pay with a Vendor-To-Vendor Transfer?

Yes. We accept Vendor-To-Vendor transfers at RegSoft, RegNow, Shareit and Plimus. When paying with a Vendor-To-Vendor transfer, the amount does not include the registration service fee. You need to transfer $90 with "RoboSoft Registration" in the comment line to one of the following accounts:

Do I have to pay for the database updates when I do not use RoboSoft for submitting?

No, you don't! You can prolong the subscription whenever you need to make a submission. And you don't have to pay for the "skipped" months.

Will the program stop working when my database updates subscription ends?

Your RoboSoft key is lifetime. RoboSoft will never stop working. Yet, the Automatic Submission Wizard requires an up-to-date database snapshot. Automatic Submissions with an obsolete site database will result in immediate requests from download site operator for removal of their sites from our database. We work in cooperation with site operators. We don't want to get your company and products banned by the important download sites and we don't want to lose these sites as well. This is why you cannot use the Automatic Submission Mode without an active database updates subscription. However, you can utilize the Semi-Automatic Submission Mode.

Would you exchange a RoboSoft license for a <MyProductName> license?

Thank you, but no! All our users are software vendors. We love you and we may need your excellent products. But, unfortunately, our developers cannot work for software licenses. They require only money payments. This is why we do not practice barter. Thank you for understanding!
